About The Bakehouse
The Bakehouse is an artisan bakery in Altrincham town centre, found at 158 Stamford Park Road, Hale, WA15 9ER. The approach is artisan: smaller batches, longer fermentation and seasonal bakes.
The Bakehouse has not published regular opening hours in the sources we use, so it is worth calling ahead or checking social media before a special trip. Food hygiene officers from Trafford rated it 5 – Very good when they inspected on 19 August 2025.
If you are coming by train or tube, Hale station is roughly a 10-minute walk. It is not the only option nearby: there are 8 more bakeries within a kilometre, so a bakery crawl is easily done.
